This Privacy Policy describes how personal data and usage information are collected, processed, and safeguarded when you use Seenify (seenifyapp.com) and our companion mobile applications. Seenify is a proprietary platform operated by BIGSWIPE (Proprietor / Legal Name: SANAKAMVARIPALLI KRISHNAPPA MOUNIKA), headquartered in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

We take user privacy with the utmost seriousness. Our dual-engine architecture is engineered to provide parents and users with non-invasive presence telemetry while preserving strict data minimization principles.

1. Information We Collect

We only collect data strictly necessary to fulfill our service commitments:

• Device UUID & System Identifiers: An anonymous cryptographic UUID generated locally on your mobile device to identify your session and active tracker profile without demanding mandatory social logins.
• Account Credentials: If you use our Backup & Sync or Parent Web Portal, we store your email address and an encrypted (Bcrypt-hashed) password.
• Push Notification Tokens (FCM): Firebase Cloud Messaging device tokens used exclusively to deliver sub-second online/offline presence notifications and security alerts.
• Tracked Target Indicators: The public phone numbers or device identifiers configured by the user inside the application for presence analytics.
• Device Telemetry (Segment 2 Companion Only): For users utilizing the ethical parental device monitoring engine, vitals such as battery percentage, screen-time summaries, and geofence locations are transmitted over encrypted sockets with explicit device authorization.

2. Payment Information Security (BillDesk / RBI Compliance)

When you subscribe to a paid weekly or monthly plan on Seenify:

• All electronic financial transactions are handled exclusively by RBI-licensed Payment Aggregators (such as BillDesk) adhering to the highest Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS Level 1).
• Zero Sensitive Data Retention: Bigswipe and Seenify never collect, store, or process full credit or debit card numbers, expiration dates, CVVs, net banking login credentials, or UPI PINs on our servers.
• Payment tokens and transaction reference IDs returned by the payment gateway are stored solely for accounting, tax verification, and subscription reconciliation.

3. Data Processing & Ethical Architecture

Seenify operates as an ethical analytics and parental utility platform:

• We do not sell, rent, monetize, or trade user activity logs to third-party data brokers or advertising networks.
• We do not access your private contact book, read encrypted chat communications, or scrape third-party messaging content.
• All server-to-client communications are fortified using industry-standard 256-bit TLS/SSL encryption.

4. Data Retention & Rolling Window Purge

To prevent unnecessary data accumulation, presence timestamps and activity sessions are stored on a rolling 30-day retention window. Telemetry and logs older than 30 days are automatically and permanently purged by automated database maintenance jobs.

5. Your Rights & Account Deletion (DPDP Act / GDPR)

In compliance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP), 2023 and global privacy standards:

• Right to Erase: You may at any time delete any tracked target number, remove companion devices, or request the permanent erasure of your entire account profile.
• Immediate Data Wipe: You can submit an account wipe request by emailing support@seenifyapp.com. All associated server records and telemetry caches will be permanently erased within 48 hours.
