Welcome to Seenify (seenifyapp.com). This website and the associated mobile applications and services are developed, owned, and operated by BIGSWIPE (Proprietor / Legal Name: SANAKAMVARIPALLI KRISHNAPPA MOUNIKA), having its principal place of business at Ground Floor, #17, Sanjeevani Nagar, 6th Cross Road, Near Om Sri Angala Parameshwari Devi, Hegganahalli Cross, Bengaluru, Bengaluru Urban, Karnataka - 560091, India (hereinafter referred to as "Company", "Bigswipe", "we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or subscribing to Seenify, you (the "User") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please review them thoroughly before accessing or transacting on our platform.

1. Permitted Use & Ethical Safeguards

Seenify provides parents and users with diagnostic analytics, online status logging, and family device safety telemetry. As a condition of your use of this service:

• You agree to use Seenify strictly for legitimate parental monitoring of minor children, self-productivity management, or digital availability tracking with proper authorization.
• You warrant that you have obtained all necessary lawful consents from individuals whose devices or availability signals are monitored, or that you have direct legal authority under applicable local laws.
• You explicitly agree NOT to use Seenify for unlawful covert surveillance, stalking, harassment, or in violation of the Information Technology Act, 2000 or any personal data privacy laws.

2. Digital Services & Subscriptions

Seenify operates on a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and digital application subscription model. All plans, target quotas, and premium features are provisioned digitally and electronically upon purchase confirmation.

• Free Trial: New accounts receive a 2-day free trial to verify system capabilities without upfront charges.
• Paid Subscription Plans: Weekly and monthly billing plans are offered in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) as displayed in our transparent pricing matrix.
• Auto-Renewal: Recurring subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled by the user prior to the billing date.

3. Billing & Payment Gateway Processing (BillDesk / RBI Compliance)

Online payments and web subscriptions on Seenify are processed through RBI-authorized payment aggregators (such as BillDesk, Razorpay, or banking gateway partners):

• All credit card, debit card, UPI, and Net Banking transactions are processed through secure 256-bit encrypted channels adhering strictly to PCI-DSS standards.
• Bigswipe / Seenify does not collect or store credit card numbers, CVVs, expiration dates, or bank net banking credentials on its servers.
• You represent and warrant that you are authorized to utilize the payment instrument employed for the transaction.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our dedicated Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• You may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time via your Account Dashboard or by emailing support@seenifyapp.com.
• In approved refund scenarios (such as technical failure or accidental duplicate charges), refunds will be processed and credited to the original payment source within 5 to 7 working days.

5. Shipping & Digital Delivery (Digital Fulfillment)

As detailed in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Seenify is a 100% digital SaaS product. No physical goods are shipped. Service access is activated immediately (within 5 to 15 minutes) upon payment verification.

6. Third-Party Platforms Disclaimer

Seenify is an independent utility software developed by Bigswipe. Seenify is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with WhatsApp LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc., Telegram FZ-LLC, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Bigswipe and its proprietor, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, use of, or inability to use the platform. Our total cumulative liability shall in no event exceed the amount actually paid by you to Bigswipe for the specific subscription period in dispute.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts of competent jurisdiction located at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes.
