Welcome to Seenify Tracker. By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application or website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Permitted Use & Account Responsibility

Seenify is a utility tool designed to help users monitor online statuses for parental guidance, personal productivity, and digital detox management. You warrant that you have obtained the necessary legal consent of the person whose device presence you are tracking, or are authorized under local law to monitor the target line (e.g. tracking minor children).

2. Subscription & Trial Billing

Subscriptions, trials, and premium plans are processed securely via Google Play Billing and Apple App Store Purchase systems. Transactions are governed by Google/Apple payment terms. Auto-renewals can be managed and cancelled directly from your Google Play / Apple ID subscription settings at any time.

3. Fair Usage & Limits

To maintain platform speed and resource balancing, Seenify limits active trackers on standard profiles:

Any attempt to exploit the server APIs or bypass these numbers limits will result in permanent device blockages.

4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Seenify Tracker does not warrant 100% notification delivery or presence logging accuracy, as WhatsApp network statuses and server availability are subject to change. Seenify is not affiliated, endorsed, or associated with WhatsApp Inc. or Meta Platforms Inc. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from data logs.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
